Project 1:
UNIRACK LONG SPAN - CUMBRIA
A fabrics/textile company contacted MEZZ-RACK SYSTEMS requesting a quotation for a standard long span shelving system for the storage of boxed products 560mm wide x 580mm x 280mm high. A total of 206 bays, 1800mm wide x 600mm deep x 2000mm high, was required with each bay incorporating 6 usable shelf levels. Every bay was to be fully clad throughout. It was suggested to us that other companies had quoted for this project but had priced over their allotted budget figure of £18,000
MEZZ-RACK SYSTEMS quoted for this project exactly as the specification requested. Using the UNIRACK Long Span System, with its unique shelf panel and mesh cladding, we arrived at a price to supply and install 206 bays for less than the budget cost.

Project 2:
UNIRACK LONGSPAN SHELVING - WEST YORKSHIRE
A very friendly but anxious production engineer contacted MEZZ-RACK SYSTEMS. She had been badly let down by their usual supplier and needed a price within the hour for 360 bays of long span shelving. We responded within 30 minutes.
She said “we do not want the frame uprights and beams galvanized we want a RAL Blue” - we said “no problem". She said “I want the installation within 2 weeks” - we said “you can have it in 10 days”. She said “are you having a laugh” - we said “try us and see”.
An order was placed for £37,000 and UNIRACK Long Span was delivered to a paint line, re-delivered and installed from stock within 8 days of receipt of Order.
We were not ‘having a laugh’ - she did ‘try us and see’ - both parties were extremely happy.
