Steel Partitions

Steel Partitions are available in single and double skin varieties. They are an ideal option for industrial areas such as factories and warehouses where a smooth finish is required such as storage areas for food products and chemicals. Double skin steel partitions are strong and durable, ideal in areas where heavy plant machinery operates such as forklifts, reach trucks and scissor lifts. In the slim possibility a panel is damaged beyond repair it can be removed and replaced with relative ease. Steel Partitions are also available in solid steel, half steel half glazed and solid/glazed/solid. The glass is laminated, toughened, wired or fire rated depending on client requirement.

Factory Partitioning

Factory Partitioning is basically the same design and installation process as office partitioning. Ideal in low risk areas where there is little chance of damage or mess, such as on top of mezzanine floors or out the way of machinery. Where a more aesthetically pleasing look is needed such as in a corridor, one side in the warehouse the other on display to the public, factory partitions are ideal as the side on public show can be decorated as needed, the warehouse side can be reinforced with stronger panels or a steel sheet or coated with a wipe down vinyl, satisfying both requirements.  They are also ideal in industrial areas which require considerable soundproofing, as they can be extensively insulated.

Mesh Partitioning

Our mesh partitioning systems are built to protect. Steel mesh panels are bolted together in a large range of sizes to prevent staff from accessing a dangerous area of a site, they prevent stock from being placed in the wrong area or act as a simple barrier to prevent damage from plant machinery.

Mesh partitions are available in a range of sizes which can be easily cut down if necessary and can be painted in a range of colours. We can provide mesh partitioning with access panels that open on hinges, or a selection of half mesh, half solid panels which offer additional protection from machinery or spillages.

All our industrial partitioning systems are designed on the latest Auto CAD design program, so we can supply detailed 2D and on some projects 3D elevations of your partitioning system. All our industrial partitions are installed by experienced fitters who abide to our strict method statements and risk assessments which make up our health and safety policy, not just for their own benefit but that of our clients personnel working in the same area.
